Borussia Dortmund have secured their place in the UEFA Champions League knockout stages with a victory over AC Milan. Karim Adeyemi scored the only goal of the game as Dortmund finished top of Group F.
Paris Saint-Germain, who had already qualified for the last 16, also won their final group match against Maccabi Haifa. Both Dortmund and PSG finished with 14 points, but Dortmund progressed as group winners due to their superior head-to-head record.
Dortmund will now face one of the runners-up from the other groups in the last 16, while PSG will take on one of the group winners. The draw for the knockout stages will be held on Monday, November 7th.
